Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang opened its first phase on May 30th, 2015, as the first Mitsui Outlet Park in Southeast Asia. The expansion of phase two was completed in February 2018, while phase three was completed in February 2022.

Mitsui Serviced Suites Bukit Bintang City Centre, developed in partnership with BBCC Development Sdn. Bhd. is set to commence operations in September 2024. This marks Mitsui Fudosan Group’s first overseas serviced apartment abroad under the “Mitsui Serviced Suites” brand, catering primarily to expatriates. The development features a total of 269 fully furnished units with a variety of floor plans, ranging from one to three bedrooms, equipped with furniture, fixtures, and amenities to ensure a high level of comfort.
